EZ-ON Hose Press

EZ-ON push-lock hose presses by Koul Tools make installing push-lock hoses, nylon fuel lines and plastic tubing a snap. This push-on fitting insertion tool for hoses avoids the need to heat or lubricate hoses to attach them to barbed fittings. A clamp holds the tube in place while a wheeled assembly on a track pushes the hose onto either straight or angled fittings. The assembly moves on a drive train operated by a 17 mm hand-held ratchet wrench or automatic ratchet gun. EZ-ON push-lock hose tools come in a portable carrying case. Model 426 accommodates ¼-inch to 1-inch hoses. Model 454 accommodates hoses from 1 inch to 2 inches. Model 427 accommodates 1/4 inch to 1 inch hoses and is made from Stainless Steel. The EZ-ON hydraulic hose fitting presses can be customized to accommodate non-standard sizes, including Y, T and elbow fittings.
